Tracey is Executive Director of the Community Initiatives Fund, an agency established by the Government of Saskatchewan to distribute casino profits for the benefit of Saskatchewan communities. With more than 30 years experience in the sector, Tracey has worked with nonprofits in Regina, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg.
Tracey has been involved at the provincial and national level including serving as a Volunteer Canada Board member and Chair; as a United Way of Canada Standards of Excellence facilitator; and as Co-Chair of the Saskatchewan Premier’s Voluntary Sector Initiative. Currently she chairs the Saskatchewan Nonprofit Partnership; facilitates a network of funding organizations in Saskatchewan; is an advisory committee member for the Voluntary Sector Studies Network at Luther College, University of Regina; and is a peer reviewer for Imagine Canada’s Standards Program.
Robyn Edwards-Bentz is the Chief Executive Officer of United Way Regina. Born and raised in Saskatchewan, she is a graduate of the University of Regina and a proud community advocate. From developing comprehensive homelessness community plans to poverty reduction strategies, she has made a career out of utilizing community-based research and local data to co-create impact strategies that engage every day people in creating a better community for all. Robyn believes uniting people, purpose and passion will lead to greater impact and sustainable results.
The South Saskatchewan Community Foundation (SSCF) serves as a bridge between donors and charities in Regina and in southern Saskatchewan. We believe in facilitating Saskatchewan philanthropy, supporting local charities, and developing our community so that our home is a more vital, strong, and fair place to live, work, and play.
Ms. Ziegler joined SSCF in December of 2018. For the past two decades, her experience has focused on engaging diverse stakeholders to build strong relationships and helping organizations meet their goals. She is a dynamic and highly motivated professional with a strong leadership and a collaborative team-based focus.
